Reward seats

Economy lowest price offer is equivalent to 20% off and applies only to select Economy Saver reward seats priced at the specified base points prices where these prices are available, for the following eligible routes: LHR–BOS, JFK, IAD, MIA, SEA, SFO and MAN–JFK (both directions). This offer is valid on all flight departures, including return, from 20th May 2025 to 30th September 2025 and is available for one week only from 20th May 2025-27th May 2025, across all sales channels. Amendments/cancellations allowed per standard rules; changes made after the offer period or outside eligible dates may result in fare differences. Availability is limited and subject to dynamic pricing changes.   

• "Base Points Price" means the lowest possible price available in points, for a reward seat on a specific journey, subject to its availability and which is not reduced by any other discounts or offers.
• "Discount Offer" means a 20% discount which is applied to Virgin Atlantic’s Base Points Price for Economy Saver Reward Seats, where available, on Eligible Routes.
• "Eligible Routes" means London Heathrow (LHR) to Boston (BOS), New York (JFK), Washington D.C. (IAD), Miami (MIA), Seattle (SEA), San Francisco (SFO), and Manchester (MAN) to New York (JFK) - including both outbound and inbound travel on these routes.
• "Points Price" means the price in points at any point in time for a reward seat on a specific journey, subject to its availability and which is not reduced by any other discounts or offers.
• Discount Offer valid for reward seats in Economy cabin at the Base Points Price booked using Virgin Points between 00:01 20Th May 2025 to 23:59 27th May 2025. All flight departures, including returns, must be between the 8th May 2025 and 30th September 2025.
• Points Prices are subject to change dynamically based on demand, and if the points price exceeds the Base Points Price, the Discount Offer will not apply. Availability of Economy Saver Reward Seats on Eligible Routes at this price can vary and will be limited. This Discount Offer is available only when seats are priced at the specified Base Points Prices. Where the Base Points Prices are not available, this Discount Offer will not be valid.
• Available across all booking channels and points of sale.
• Valid on Virgin Atlantic designated flights that are Virgin Atlantic marketed and operated only.
• Existing bookings changed within the promotional booking period will be eligible for this offer and any reduction in the points price will be credited back to the member’s account. Changes are subject to the usual change fees and any increase in taxes, fees, and carrier-imposed surcharges.
• Bookings made within the promotional booking period which are then subsequently changed outside of promotional booking period detailed within this offer, will no longer be eligible for this offer and will be charged the difference in points plus any applicable fees, and additional taxes, fees, and carrier-imposed surcharges at the time of making the change.
• Full taxes, fees and carrier-imposed surcharges apply and vary according to the choice of cabin, departure airport, destination, and date(s) of travel. The exact amount will be advised at the time of booking. The discount only applies to Virgin Points, not any cash element (taxes, fees, and carrier-imposed surcharges) of the flight price.
• Reward flight, upgrades and companion bookings are strictly subject to availability.
• The earning and redemption of Virgin Points is subject to the standard Flying Club Terms & Conditions and the Virgin Red Programme Terms and Conditions (which are subject to change from time to time).
• All travel is subject to Virgin Atlantic’s Conditions of Carriage (which are subject to change from time to time).
• These Terms & Conditions are subject to English Law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
